QUOI FAIRE AVEC UNE TRANCHE DE JAMBON?

 

Tartine au jambon gratinée au four

 

4 personnes

Préparation : 10 mn
Cuisson : 15 mn

Ingrédients :


4 tranches de
Jambon de Matane Gaspésien; 4 belles tranches de pain de campagne; 200 g de fromage (au choix, suisse ou gruyère …); 1 gousse d’ail.

 


Préparation :

Préchauffer le four à 350°F (180°C).

 

Frotter les tranches de pain avec l’ail.

 

Couper le fromage en fines tranches.

 

Disposer les tranches de jambon sur le pain puis le fromage.

 

Faire gratiner les tarnches sur une plaque allant au four pendant 15 min. Surveiller pour ne pas brûler.

 

Servir avec une salade verte composée.
